Job Description

Job Role:

The candidate will work directly under the Lead - Marketing, LOLT to support in fulfilling donor related documentation requirements, proposal writing, coordinating with the field teams when required, ensuring reporting and documentation within timelines, contributing in activities related to fund raising activities of LOLT.

 

Proposals:

·      Creation of specific proposals & budgets for Grants and as per donor requirements for all projects undertaken by the organization

·      Dialogue and coordination with the donors leading to implementation of the programme

·      On case to case basis visit the field with specific donors as well as for periodic updates of the projects

·      Meeting with prospective individuals, corporate representatives to share and discuss possible avenues of partnership

 

Programmatic Reporting – monthly/quarterly/six monthly & annual:

·      Adhere to the set timeline for reporting systems for each donor partner – old & new

·      Ensure timely programmatic & financial reporting – close coordination with field office and financial department to meet the set timelines

 

Networking:

·      Attend NGO / corporate meetings organized to gauge possibilities of partnerships

 

Communication:

·      Marketing Annual Report of the Organization –collation and submission

·      Coordinating with internal team members for content requirements requested by donors as well as Social Media agency


Volunteering:

·      Coordinating volunteering activities undertaken with schools, colleges, corporates and individuals
