Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and manage SAC team to ensure implementation of all SAC Programs. Set goals, targets, deadlines, milestones, create plans and roadmaps to achieve them.
Build and Manage internal teams dedicated to each project and work effectively with other SAC teams who may not be reporting to you.
Regular visits to every SAC program location to interact with and monitor effective program delivery
Manage relationships with all external stakeholders (i.e. local communities, volunteers, advisors, sponsors, funders, vendors, external partner NGOs) jointly with the leadership and SAC team members.
Hire paid personnel and volunteers for SAC in consultation with Founders. Create job descriptions, compensation packages, recruitment, KRA/KPI setting, performance appraisals, documentation and all such work related to human resources to ensure the program vision and goals are met most efficiently and effectively.
Establish and document project development frameworks (structure, methodologies, project management tools, etc.), write reports, design forms and protocols to carry out the programs in consultation with Founders
Work with management team on collaborations for career guidance, internships, vocational trainings, emotional and behavioral well being
Act as SAC PoC for all co-curricular programs
Assist core team with information for social media, annual reports and similar requirements
Ideate with IT providers to build and install systems, tools, platforms, software, and digital infrastructure to facilitate the execution of projects. The person will be required to test out systems and provide inputs to the teams tasked with the responsibility of installing a suitable digital framework for our Programs, projects & general administration.
Determine budgets for the programs and projects in consultation with SAC leadership. Execute all programs and projects as per the budget in a timely manner demonstrating a high degree of ability to accurately predict and execute projects according to plans.
Ideate with the founder team to drive growth and impact of the organization
Eligibility Criteria
Knowledge & Skills
Understanding of the higher education sector, professional and vocational programs
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Working knowledge of Hindi essential, any additional language would be an advantage
Good Report writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Passionate about working with youth and making a change
Strong work ethics and values
A positive attitude with a growth mindset
Experience
2-3 years in the higher education space, preferably teaching / career guidance areas
Strong implementation focus, 'can-do' attitude and ability to rapidly adapt
Willing to travel within Mumbai

Fellows from TFI / Piramal / similar institutes / B.Ed.
