Identifying legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensured policies and procedures are all in compliance
Asset maintenance
Oversee management of the assets across all programs, EMI maintenance and managing accounts
Securing the assets
Conducting surprize visits at the various premises
Eligibility Criteria
Masters in Industrial/organisational psychology
1-2 years’ experience in HR, NGOs preferred
Strong communication skills
Open to: Women/persons from marginalised genders above 25 years
Proficiency in English, Hindi, Marathi

Post Graduation - MBA/PGDM
