We are looking for an experienced trainer (Female) to join IIFL Foundation's Sakhiyon Ki Baadi Program!

As an 'Academic Trainer', you will be responsible for helping teachers cultivate their skills and knowledge of teaching, through trainings (on-line & off-line). If you love sharing your knowledge and helping others to improve and expand their knowledge, you will love this job!

Job Responsibility:

1. TOT Need analysis: Identification of Training of Trainers (TOT) needs for trainers through ToT need analysis in education especially non-formal education space with program team for planning training program as per requirement in different geographical locations of Rajasthan.

2. Execution of Program: Organizing and executing Teacher Training program, conduct effective induction and orientation sessions, monitoring of program and assessments, check for availability of all required resources at training venue, Manage training budget. Training report.

3. Execution of Online TOT Program: Organizing and executing online training program. Train teachers to effectively implement SKB curriculum based on latest pedagogy to teachers offline as well as online.

4. Documentation & Record keeping: Maintaining records for nominated trainers and program related documents in soft and hard copy.

5. Training Content development: Develop required training resource content based on learning level Pack in coordination with Subject matter expert.

• Strong understanding of pedagogical practices

• Knowledge of English Grammar and Technicality

• Phonetics and Syllables

• Vocabulary

• Pronunciation

• PSK (Public Speech Knowledge)

• Linguistic Phrases

• Knowledge of training and capacity building

• Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written; research, work independently; prioritize work and meet deadlines.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and motivational skills, Team works etc

• Familiarity or experience with gender issues, girls’ education and/or community development preferred.

• Competent in MS-Office

• Fluency in English and Hindi

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in areas of girls education, gender and life skills

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Education/ Social Work/ development/Gender Studies

Emolument: Rs. 25,000/- to 35,000/- per month.
