Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining accurate records for all daily transactions in the Field Office.

---Manage all accounting transactions

---Arrange orientation/induction for the Project team on the financial aspect, account policy, fund flow schedule, mandatory compliance, etc.

---Orientation about the procurement and purchase policy

---Prepare Monthly Budget forecasts in close coordination with Program team.

---Process / review the invoices as per financial transactions.

---Prepare monthly leave record / time sheet

---Review and support visit to District Level Office

---Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

---Reconcile the monthly expenditure / bank statements and send the BRS

---Maintaining Stock / Fixed Assets Register.

---Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

---Timely Reporting to Donors

---Ensure interim Audit and donor compliance

---Review and verify all the Bills/Invoices and Recording expenditure in Tall ERP-9 software

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Commerce

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in NGO sector

• Working knowledge on TALLY ERP 9

• Advanced computer skills in MS office, accounting software and database

• Additional experience in Audit

• Ability to travel to the field locations as and when needed
