The role of a New Business Development Manager is to identify, develop and close new business deals for DDII’s range of services.
Main areas of responsibilities would be:
New business strategies – Must identify sales and services that will appeal to potential clients by networking,attending relevant events, conducting research to identify new service offerings and potential new clients. Should possess the understanding of competitive offerings in the market and create sales pitches promoting DDII’s services relevant to the customer.
Deal management – Should do the first level review of contract responses received from clients and program management with various stakeholders within the organization. Negotiation and finalization of contracts followed by governance of signed client contracts.
- Should plan and organize tasks of self and assigned members from other units to create sales pitches and close deals
- Conducts complex analysis to translate client’s goals into operational plans.
- The role holder needs to be innovative in crafting new service offerings and finding creative ways to resolve client requests and internal stakeholder concerns.
CTC for this position: Rs.15 lakhs/annum. This position is based in Bangalore.
