Job Description

•Training teachers and students and building capacity by improving English and Life skills of the students and Teachers. (Have to travel to visit schools in different locations in the region allocated to you) •Take lead for Ignis teacher’s training and initial orientation of program to explain Ignis’ pedagogy. •Conducting Pre and post assessments. •Monitoring and tracking performance of teachers. •Taking the lead for summer camps and other workshops apart from ELSL activities. •Promoting Ignis’ programmes by supporting the Marketing department.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be Graduates in English and allied fields.

•Should have knowledge regarding educational practices and pedagogy •Should have good knowledge of English Skills and Life Skills •Should be proficient in the use of MS Office.
