Essential Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

Essential

--Advance degree B.Tech (CSE/IT), MCA, M.Sc. IT or a related field

--Must have 5 + years of work experience in digital/technological innovation with a reputed organization.

--Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role

--Experience in dealing with IT developers in developing various applications as per the requirement is must.

--Sufficient prior experience of developing and supporting various management information systems and/or technological platforms of health programs is highly essential.

--Strong experience with online data collection tools like - ODK, Kobo collect.

--Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate) & developing visualization reports and dashboards in Excel/Power BI/other software will be preferred.

--Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git) and Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

--Having prior experience with CAPI based surveys and mobile based surveys will be highly preferred.

--Strong interpersonal skills including sound judgment, communication skills, training experience

--Excellent team player with ability to work independently with ease and in collaboration with colleagues as well at all levels across departments and external stakeholders

Desirable

--Knowledge of programming languages is desirable.

--Should have previous experience of handling and developing IT applications in the healthcare domain.

--Should have experience of working on IT systems/ portals developed by central and/or state government/s.

--Able to join on an immediate basis.
