The incumbent will report to the State Director and work in close association with other team members to deliver the following tasks:
Program Planning and Implementation:
• Responsible for all the technical aspects of program implementation across all components and, ensuring understanding of the national guidelines among the state implementing team;
• Prioritize the needs of Positive Pregnant Women (PPW) or Positive Prisoners who need medical attention and do the follow-up to ensure service delivery with help from PO/FC.;
• He/ she will conduct regular review and qualitative and quantitative analysis of Positive Line List of ANC women and Prisoners on the important indicators and present the findings during monthly / quarterly review meeting.
• Responsible for ensuring that the complete package and quality of services are provided to the Mother-baby pairs (PPTCT package) and the HIV positive inmates (HIV services) along with the state managers.
• Responsible for quarterly analysis of Technical Assistance (TA), outreach services and program data including positive line list.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL-SET
• Post-graduation in Medical Sciences or Graduation (Allopathic or AYUSH) with a minimum of two to three years of working experience in community health programs. Professionals with HIV Fellowships and /or Public Health Management qualifications and understanding of the private health sector are an added advantage.
• Experienced and knowledgeable candidates from the community (PLHIV/KP) are also eligible to apply and will be considered.
• Experience in working on HIV/AIDS and/or TB programs with knowledge of the technical areas of HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care, Support, and Treatment services
• Working experience in diverse areas of Program Cycle, Capacity building, and Documentation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and any other regional language are preferred
• Sound computer skills, including use of internet and MS office TM software
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player in a complex, multicultural environment
• Be self-motivated and take initiatives to improve the quality outcomes of the program
• Ability to analyze trends and identify risks to guide the program implementation team
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL-SET

This position requires a minimum of 12-15 days of travel in a month to the districts and blocks with the designated state and outside as per needs.
