QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce

• More than 5 years past experience

• Proficiency in Tally Prime & SAP

• Proficiency in MS – Office & Excel

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi

RESPONSIBILITY

• Coordinate all accountant related to financial report of the Organisation.

• Execute the accounting and financial systems by maintaining all the registers, records, reports, formats and maintain up to date.

• Be part of Internal and External audit of accounts.

• Legal Compliance of Organisation.

• Preparation of Project Utilisation Certificates.

• Budget Control & Fund for Cast.

• Statuary requirement of the related to accounts.

• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement.

• Provide financial initiating and implementing of financial policies.

• Assist financial audit and analysis.

• Ensure all functioning departments are aware about the budget.

• Assist in preparation of annual budget and forecasts if necessary.

• Work together with chartered accountant for preparation of Balance sheet of organization.

• Data management of the organisation.

• Develop templates to maintain data to meet the desired goals.

• Additional support in developmental activities of the organisation.
