Job Description


  • Answering Queries of customers / patients over phone.
  • Ensuring the queries are resolved at the earliest.
  • Interact with internal teams to get issues resolved at the earliest.

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate

0 – 2 Years of experience in handling customer queries over phone and resolving Issues

Good communication skills and well versed in systems

Work involves working in Shifts including Night Shift
