Roles and Responsibilities
The role of a junior content developer (environmental science) with TCF will be diverse, with opportunity for growth and self-expression. Within this role, you will be expected to:
- Design and curate content across a variety of learning outcomes for all age groups over 10 and across government, public and private schools.
- Develop content around environment, with focus on rivers.
- Curate new content ideas as well as how to design them.
- Research and make content robust and dynamic.
- Help create interactive content, activities and games for learners based on the environment.
- Conduct webinars/workshops to connect with different stakeholders as per the requirements.
- Contribute to the core-team on design and curation of learning outcomes that will affect learners.
Skillset
- Masters or Post Graduate Diploma in any subject (Required)
- Bachelors in Environmental Science/Life sciences/Geography shall be preferred
- Experience of 2-3 years in the relevant sector
- Knowledge of advanced tools in Microsoft word, presentation and excel
- Experience of working on designing software will be desirable (canva, photoshop, indesign etc.)
- Experience in video animation/ creation/ editing shall be an added advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi would be desirable
- Interest in research and passion for environment and rivers is must
- Creative thinking will be crucial for the role
- Strong willingness to collaborate coupled with an inquisitive mind with a strong desire to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills along with being adept at documentation and report writing
Working Arrangements
The position is full-time (40 hours per week) and will be based in Noida office of TCF. TCF offers flexible work culture, the option to work from home (subject to requirements).
The successful candidate will receive a one-year employment contract, with a 3-month probation.
The candidate should be open to travel in India as may be required.
