Job Description

a. Role

1. Handle all HR/admin related work of the organisation.

2. HR database management, , Documentation, Employee training, Company policy matters, Legal compliance.

b. Area of expertise:

1. HR & admin related work experience i.e Recruitment, training, office management, documentation etc.

2. Good communication skill (Odia, Hindi & English)

Working knowledge of computer in MS Office

c. Qualification

Any graduation (B.A/B.Sc./B.Com), BBA/MBA in HR specialisation

d. Experience: Experience preferred (1-2 yrs)

e. Remuneration: 20,000/- CTC (It will commensurate with qualification and experience)
