Job Description

Job Responsibilities


  • Required 3 to 5 years’ experience in Banking/Finance Sectors.
  • Experienced in Loan division especially in SME Loans and Credits.
  • From Financial Education background is preferred.
  • Organize workshops for counseled entrepreneurs.
  • Collect all documents from the potential entrepreneurs and help them to complete this process.
  • Conduct Site Verification visits and organize technical evaluations of Prospective entrepreneurs.
  • Guide and coordinate for financials of the potential entrepreneurs with Auditors to complete CIBIL process.
  • Complete summary first draft and submit to Finance Officer, arrange for 2 Internal Selection Panel /month. 
  • Recommend list of sanctioned cases to stage 3 for mentor allocation.
  • Prepare/collect minutes of first meetings and attach with proposals to ensure smoother approvals.
  • Maintain MIS from workshop to disbursal and SSC collection.
  • Monitor SSC receipts and follow up on defaults based on red flag raised by stage 3 and MIS received from banks.
  •  Record and document all follow-up meetings with entrepreneurs with reference to defaults / NPA's.
