Job Description

What is Expected of You?

1. Research and design curriculum for all the trainings.

2. Develop content, case studies, games and other materials based on the needs assessment of trainees.

3. Plan and execute the trainings as per the project requirements.

4. Monitor the quality of trainings and submit the reports to program head.

5. Document the proceedings of all trainings as per the partners requirement.

6. Identify a pool of trained internal and external facilitators to lead training session in the project locations.

7. Supports the development of documentation, resources, and written materials relating to the training programs, including manuals development, updates and standard operating procedures, and workshop materials to support consistent quality assurance.

8. Provide mentoring services to the digital sakhis and women entrepreneurs.

9. Deliver training on enterprise development module & digital, financial literacy modules to digital sakhis and women entrepreneurs.

10. Report regularly to the program head and share the progress of entrepreneurship development activities.

11. Coordinate with field team and central project team to effectively implement the program.

12. Document and share the learnings and best practices.

13. Conduct research and come up with innovative solutions to improve the learning outcomes for trainees

What Should You Have?

Qualification:

Any post-graduation or equivalent qualification. Post-graduation in rural development, entrepreneurship, social sciences and management will be preferred.

Experience:

5 or more years of relevant experience in designing curriculum, developing content, planning and implementation of capacity building programs in livelihoods/entrepreneurship/digital financial inclusion domains.

Language:

Fluency in English. Fluency in Kannada/Malayalam will be preferred.

Desired Profile:

1. Knowledge of the development sector

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills

3. Good organisational & planning skills, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks & meet deadlines

4. Target-oriented, self-motivated, community leadership skills

5. Excellent MS Office Skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

6. Ability to travel within the allotted region at least 10 days per month

7. Established track record of integrity and resource consciousness

8. Empathy with the marginalised community
