Job Description

MUKTI is looking for a dynamic candidate for the position of IT & Analytic Project Manager. Monthly package for the position is between 25,000-30,000 depending on the qualification and last drawn salary.

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless

execution and delivery of projects

2.Discuss with users and management to understand the requirement and write the

requirement document

3.Determine metrics, analyze reports to provide support to operating team /

Board in critical areas needing action.

4.Manage all MUKTI websites and ensure updates liaising with fund raising /

communications/ project teams.

5.Marketing support for customer linkages to some of our handicrafts and women

empowerment projects.

6.Develop innovative solutions ( through external developers) accessible to

ground level beneficiaries ( like mob Apps).

7.Coordinate with third party software development vendors to make them

understand the requirement

8.Assists on evaluating third party vendors, float project proposal and select

the vendor to deliver the project

9.Test the delivered products as product specialist and report defects, track

the defect lifecycle

10.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget

11.Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all

relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

12.Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

13.Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs

using appropriate verification techniques

14.Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

15.Report and escalate to management as needed

16.Manage the relationship with field workers, donors and all other relevant

stakeholders

17.Perform risk management to minimize project risks

18.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Skills:

1.Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration

2.Strong knowledge of project management

3.Strong knowledge of statistical analysis

4.Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills

5.PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

6.Management skills

7.Software testing skill

8.Excellent interpersonal skills

9.Preferrable to have software development skill
