Job Description

Location: Kandhamal district, Odisha


Salary : Rs. 25000 per month


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Checking and Verification of bills on daily basis

• Preparation of vouchers and Update books of Accounts in Tally software

• Collection of quotations, preparation of Comparative statement and PO for right vendor

• Preparation of Project Finance Utilization report

• Update Project MIS

• Coordinate with Project Coordinator and field staff

• Provide logistics support for training and workshops/ staff meetings

• Coordinate internal and external audit


Candidate must have

• B.Com Graduate

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Books of Accounts

• Commitment to development sector

• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Odia

•Skills and knowledge of Excel Tally, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
