Program / Project Management
? Responsible for the overall project plan, strategy development, and implementation
? Implement a robust system to manage the day-to-day activities of project sites
? Manage on-ground staff, and trainees at the project sites
? Designing concept notes and budget proposal
? Maintain NGO Calendar
? Calendar planning and utilization
? Ensure social impact outcomes for the projects are achieved
II. Skill Training & Capacity Building
? Responsible for delivery of our skill training curriculum
? Oversee selection of villages, community engagement, and trust building
? Supervise the project staff to ensure the timely execution of planned program activities
? Ensuring soft skills training and capacity building for our Volunteers/trainees / NGO partners
III Monitoring, Information Gathering, and Evaluation
? Actively participate in all aspects of planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of project closure with emphasis on checking levels of implementation and re-orient the operations appropriate to research the regular flow of information and conduct research as required
? Provide technical support and guidance on monitoring and evaluation to implementing/operational partners when required
? Promote identification and synthesis of best practices and lessons learned for organizational
sharing and learning
IV. Documentation & Reporting & stake holder management
? Responsible for overall project documentation
? Donor reporting
? Training on-ground staff and ensuring center data is as per requirements
? Project finances
? Reaching out to CSR, Large NGOs, and Government bodies for grants
? Driving Corporate Employee Engagement activities
? CSR donors - ensuring compliance with project deliverables and donor requirements
? Liaise with partner NGO(s) - regular handholding of the NGO partner on-boarded to ensure project outcomes are met
? Participation in local events and meetings as required
BSW / MSW preferred.
Candidates with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience are ideal.
Project delivery and management experience are essential.
Excellent computer and MS Office skills.
Mission-driven, optimistic, and enthusiastic belief in achieving transformational change.
Ability to analyze complex problems possible solutions and recommendations.
The ability to communicate complex ideas in a meaningful way and high fluency in English, Hindi, and Vernacular language is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as a team player in a complex, multicultural environment.
Strong understanding of NGO norms.
