· Making calls and convincing prospects / donors to donate or to increase the donation through campaigns.
· Meeting and maintaining call targets and call quality parameters set by the Team Lead.
· Maintaining an ongoing relationship with prospects until they become a financial donor.
· Accurately maintaining the donor information as per the format appropriately disposing calls as per the guidelines
· Updating / sharing the campaign information with the prospects / donors.
· Reporting to the Team Lead as per the reporting guidelines.
· To make outbound calls on the given data to acquire & retain the donors.
· To do proper follow-ups after generating the leads.
· To update the donors on the various campaigns run by the organization.
· To achieve the targeted nos. in terms of donors as well as fundraising
· Responsible for working on donor acquisition and retention as per the target given by the Team Leader
· To work as a team player and handle pressure
· Maintaining the daily sheet
· Reference Building
· Any graduate or H.S.C
· Minimum 0-1 year of experience in Tele-calling
· Experience in building customer relationships/engagement either online or offline
· Experience recording data accurately and analyzing performance metrics.
· Excellent verbal communication skills to engage people on the phone
· Knowledge or experience using different creative communication tools
