Timings: 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday - Saturday

Location: South Delhi

Job Profile:

ETASHA Society is looking for a Graphic Designer to support the dynamic work we do both online and offline. The candidate will develop online and offline collateral to connect with, engage and enrol important stakeholders like donors, volunteers, partners, ETASHA trainee, alumnietc.


Overall Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Designer you must be able to generate ideas and concepts as per a brief and / or requirement, prepare design plans and execute them. Requirements may include marketing material, banners, logos, illustrations, layouts, screen compositions, design for animations, labels, etc and iterations of the same in line with feedback. You must possess strong composition, colour and design, typography and layout skills. You must have good awareness of design trends, what is current in digital marketing and graphic design, possess good knowledge of tools and technology and have a good aesthetic sense. You should also be a good team player and be able to work with other teams for implementation of designs.


You will work with graphic design software to produce attractive and informative collateral:

• Design and create overall look and feel for ETASHA’s brand portfolio (brochure, newsletter, e-mails etc).

• Understand creative briefs, prepare rough drafts and present creative ideas as per brand guidelines.

• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts as per requirements.

• Work as part of a team with several teams.

• Work with a wide range of media and design software.


Desired Skills and Experience

• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, 2D Animation, Graphic Design, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Min. 1 year of work experience.

• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.

• Proven graphic designing experience.

• Must have excellent aesthetic sense.
