Team Leader, FNGO and District Welfare Officer, Rayagada

Job Overview

The sole responsibilities resides with but are not limited to providing opportunities to the SC, ST students identified and placed in several ANWESHA hostel present in all the sub divisions of Rayagada District. Candidate shall be prepared to manage the subfloor level works related to ANWESHA programme as well as regulating the documentation procedure as and when required. Continous monitoring and evaluation of the programme shall be done by the candidates after awarding of the employment

Responsibilities and Duties

? Assist Education Development Professional cum Team Leader to smooth function of the programme in rayagada district.

? Holding awareness/sensitization meetings with parents of the potential children and motivating them to avail the benefits of the scheme.

? Provide handholding support to Anwesha Students by providing different audio, video and text materials to increase their interest in studies.

? Provide handholding support to Tutors in accessing educational resources from partner schools, website and develop their competency level.

? Proper documentation and record keeping of their assessment and field visits.

? Field visits, for at least 20 days in a month to all the hostels present in each and every subdivision of Rayagada.

? Consolidation of monthly/quarterly Progress reports and Case Studies if any found for SSD department from time to time.

? Monitoring the day today activities of the boarders in the Hostels at regular intervals.

? Attend review meetings conducted by the District authorities, ST & SC Development Dept. & Odisha Tribal Development Society, ACME Cell, as and when required.

? Provide data and information as required for the monitoring of the activities under the scheme to the District authorities, ST & SC Development Dept. and Odisha Tribal Development Society, ACME Cell, as & when required.

Qualifications

? Candidates must have qualified B.A B.Ed/ B.Sc B.Ed from a recognized university or Educational Institution.

? Minimum Experience should be 10years in educational field and imparting English medium education.

Skills Required:

? Candidates must posess Good Communication Skills, Progressive personality, Confident, Dedication, Creativity.

Personal Characteristics:

? Candidates must have Listening Ability, Collaboration, Adaptability, Empathy & Patience.

Certifications:

? Any certifications/rewards/recommendations from District, State, National or International level shall be prioritized.

Others:

? Candidate Should be having a two wheeler vehicle for commuting.

? Candidate mandatorily should have UIDAI Aadhar, Driving License, PAN Card, Bank Passbook.

? Candidate should possess a decent health and well being.
