Job Description

Synergie is looking for a project coordinator with experience in implementing grass root programmes, mobilizing communities and managing stakeholder relationships.  


  • Execution of project plan for projects allotted.
  • Documentation
  • Resource coordination and management.
  • Visiting project locations, discussing problem areas and suggesting solutions.
  • Monitoring data collection.
  • Preparing monthly report of the activities.
  • Conducting periodic meetings with facilitators for resolving issues related to field work.
  • Reporting to Project Head on regular basis.
  • Building network and linkages with Govt departments.
  • Contribute voluntarily to different areas of work (apart from regular responsibilities) as and when required

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven skills and competencies to work with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
  • Good communication and networking skill both in English & Hindi.
  • Good presentation skills
  • Extensive Travel to project sites
  • Should have interpersonal communication, facilitation and representation skills
  • Excellent command on writing in English language
  • Skill in file management & E-communication
