Job Description

The District Coordinator would ensure quality implementation of School Hygiene Education Program in the district to enhance health and hygiene outcomes by propagating better health practices, proper sanitation and adequate nutrition while protecting the environment through sustainable process.


Major Responsibilities:


• Ensuring the quality and timely implementation of project activities

• Monitoring of project implementation and tracking the outputs of program.

• Regular mentoring and handholding support to project team

• Preparing the periodic reports of project intervention and timely submission

• Facilitating project level and field level planning with team based on program performance.

• Completion and Management of program requirements: Documentation, MIS, CBOs management, rapport building with different stakeholders.


Qualification and skills required:

• Graduate with 3-5 years of work experience

• Excellent understanding and knowledge of MS office

• Problem solving ability

• Leadership skills

• Reporting and documentation skills


Salary will be commensurate with experience.
