Job Description

Work Duties -

  • Managing the helpline effectively by solving the queries of the people calling on the helpline between 10 am to 6 pm on all days
  • Optimally organising the dispatch ambulances to cases which are in the same direction (to avoid wastage of fuel) and depending on seriousness of the case
  • Operating of software and organising work effectively
  • To prioritize emergency dispatch of the ambulance for critical cases
  • Handling Adoption related queries.
  • Working on fundraising leads
  • Following the Standard Operating Procedures listed

Qualification -

Graduate preferred

HSC with relevant experience
