Qualification and Experience: MBA in Marketing or other relevant stream with digital marketing and 5 years of experience in a national level B-School Institute/ NGO/Management Institute or a digital marketing firmin the healthcare sector.
Role: The Manager - Admission and Outreach will be expected to contribute in driving the growth and vision of the Institute. The Manager – Admission and Outreach will be overall Head for all activities and endeavors related to Marketing, Admissions, Branding, Digital Marketing, Events, Website, Communications. External relations and PR etc.
Jon Description:
- To develop financial strategies for marketing, branding and admissions by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
- Will be guiding the in charge of Admissions, Marketing, branding and communications for providing strategic input and direction for developing strategies for the improvement in branding quality and in developing admission strategies, style guides, templates, and other materials, developing non-campaign brands while keeping the company’s vision, mission, and objectives in mind; and advising internal and external stakeholders on relevant issues.
- To supervise, guide for conducting various events for Visibility and Admission Generation in different locations like – Education Fair, Campus Ambassador Program, Media Activities, Institute connect programs and ATL/BTLmarketing activities etc.
- Will design and prepare short videos to showcase to the Institute’s profile, Placements, Student’s achievements, faculty advices and parallelly broadcast them on website and social media platforms.
- Will initiate and advice various activities to enhance visibility of the Institute such as designing in House Display Boards, Install Kiosks, Association with Education Portals, Work with very selective consultants Online (Digital Marketing) google ppc campaign, Writing Blogs etc.
- He/she will prepare all above strategies, activity plan and will share with the committee for further ad on suggestions, directions and smooth implementation.
- To ensure all administrative arrangements in coordination with the related departments for food, transport services etc. for parents, students and panelist for GDPI.
