Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work in coordination with Police Department, Counselling the violated families in social and emotional aspects. Negotiate with the respondents (men) to reduce violence, documentation, maintaining registers, MIS of Support Centre, Reports preparation, Case Studies, Building rapport with relevant line departments and organisations, vocational training institutions, legal systems, shelter homes, maintaining regular follow up of the cases and home visits.


Tenure: 3 years


Salary: Rs. 20,000 per month


Educational Qualifications & Experience:

Any Post Graduate in social sciences, Diploma in counselling and Minimum 5years in Social Development Sector with counselling experience.
