Job Description

Main Job Responsibilities :


a) Support the implementation of the monitoring and evaluation plans of the project

b) Contribute to the implementation and review of effective monitoring, review, and activities for programs against agreed project deliverables.

c) Work with other members of the team to liaise with partners in preparing and submitting program and other reports on a timely basis, as required, for internal and external use.

d) Provide timely feedback on program reports and other documents relating to programs.

e) Maintain up to date accurate records on MIS data and program indicators at all levels

f) Support the compilation of information, including workshop reports, quarterly and annual reports and review and re-planning reports.

g) Support the development of tools and resources for use by partners in monitoring

h) Support in implementation of online CMIS for program

i) Support in systems and procedures to ensure donor compliance.

j) MIS data analysis and feedback to partners to enhance the quality of programs

k) Support assessment processes

l) Support the development of M&E capacity building plans for needs identified.

m) Provide support to the delivery of capacity building programs

n) Assist in managing any relevant external technical support that may be required for programs and partner NGOs.

o) Liaison with SACS, TSUs, DAPCU and other development partners in coordination and data sharing

p) Support the Community Systems Strengthening component of the project


Minimum Qualification and skills required :


• Display a clear commitment to community work.

• Knowledge of minimum two languages is preferred

• Graduate Degree in statistics, population studies (Demography), public health or development field (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of relevant monitoring and evaluation experience in the health or development sectors


Time Involvement :


The M&E Officer will devote 100% time (8 hours x 5 days every week) to the organization. The M&E officers report to the M and E Manager .


Location: Delhi .
