Responsibilities

Work with the program manager and families/caregivers to determine training needs

Conduct group or individual training sessions for young adults

Capacity to formulate relevant curriculums

Use creative strategies to create training materials

Formulate knowledgeable routine assessments

Documenting and reporting the progress of trainings

Help in organization development

Required Skills

Demonstrable or relevant facilitation experience

Proficient in Office tools and Google Products

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to multitask

Critical thinker and problem solver

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Any academic graduation with passion to teaching 

Preference

Graduates in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Kannada

Prior exposure or experience working with Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Understand functiong of non-profit and ability to contribute to development of organization

Eligibility Criteria

 MALE facilitator to train Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (PwIDD)

Preference

Graduates in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Kannada

Prior exposure or experience working with Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Understand functiong of non-profit and ability to contribute to development of organization
