Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

?   Responsible for conducting the English skill training for the new students at the assigned Lighthouse.

?   Classroom delivery of English content to improve students' job readiness.

?   Conduct timely student assessments.

?   Providing individual feedback and mentorships to students.

?   Contribute ideas to improve teaching methodologies.

?   Sharing training reports as and when required.

?   Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.

Base Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Location: Pune

Compensation: Rs. 3,60,000 - Rs 4,20,000 /annum

Eligibility Criteria

Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, and Professional Background:

?   Post Graduate or Graduate in English/Journalism/Mass communication/linguistics or in any field, with 1-2 years of experience preferably in English training or teaching.

?   Must be an energetic individual who loves interacting with students from all walks of life.

?   Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

?   Excellent presentation and teaching skills.

?   Ability to conduct a batch of 25 to 30 students.

?   Strong and empathetic behaviour

?   Ability to build a strong cultural system and be a role model for the youth/students

?   Commitment towards the upliftment of the youth and city transformation not Specified
