Job Description

Lead high impact initiatives on product feature development and user experience at scale, working with cross-functional teams spanning leadership team, founders, tech, media, content, marketing and ops

Own key elements of the user experience working on initiatives to move metrics across reach, engagement and learning

Ideation, design, critical thinking and problem solving to solve specific user needs using a combination of experiments, user testing, AB testing and analytics

Become our user’s best friend, getting them a voice at the table in terms of product and feature design - run in depth user interviews and qualitative testing to glean key user insights that influence product build
