Job Description

The School and Government Partnerships Team Lead will manage the ongoing and new school/NGO and Government partnerships effectively for onboarding students as per the organization’s goals. They would also strengthen the relationships with the stakeholders (school leadership, teachers, parents, Government, etc.) to retain and enhance the partnerships. They would share timely reports and conduct periodic visits to ensure transparent communication. Their goal is the smooth management and retention of the partnerships.


Time Commitment - Full Time (45 hours/week ; 5.5 days/week)


Reporting to - Partnerships Manager


Compensation - 3.83 - 4.83 LPA + added benefits


Key Job Area

1. New School and Government partnership expansion -

  • Creating School Partnership pipeline & lead generation
  • Meeting with Government officials to get access to work with larger number of Government schools
  • Understanding the stakeholder persona and their requirements and pitch the appropriate solution matching their need
  • Conducting Product/program demo and academic discussions with schools or Government officials
  • Negotiating MoU and close agreements to maximize win-win for successful partnerships to TAP school’s mission and handover to Operations team
  • Maintaining strong industry knowledge which includes but not limited to competitive offerings & customer aspirations (School Owners, Teachers, Parents, Students)
  • Supporting Operations team to plan and execute logistics for various TAP events like Hackathons, Induction, meet-ups, etc.
  • Following up with schools to track revenue through accountability fees (if applicable)
  • Reporting program execution outputs and outcomes to school periodically


2. Existing School and Government partnership Management -

  • Visiting schools and meet Government officials at regular intervals to manage relationships
  • Observing classrooms and share reports of the program
  • Retaining of partner schools and Government partnerships
  • Maintaining the CRM with timely and accurate information about the schools including fees structure of low-fee schools
  • Administering surveys and feedback forms

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate/Postgraduate
  • 0+ years of relevant full-time work experience across sectors, preferably in roles that required sales and marketing
  • Experience of working with children and varied teams
  • Managed relationships with multiple stakeholders
