Job Description

• Ownership of the delivery, timely completion and quality of execution of various projects undertaken by Sparsha – accountable for impact / outcomes

• Providing guidance and supervision to various Sparsha staff members who are part of different projects

• Support in resolving or overcoming various challenges or escalations that come in the due course of running various projects

• Set up a mechanism of periodic reviews to track the performance of various projects

• Help in reviewing and improving the quality and impact of various projects, thus ensuring that the larger objectives that guide Sparsha are achieved

• Set up a framework of periodic reports, updates to various stakeholders like Board of trustees, Donors, Corporate CSR teams, Sparsha Governing volunteers etc.

• Work with various donors and funders of respective projects to maintain a professional relationship and achieve commonly agreed upon goals

• Overall ownership of the Cost of delivery of various projects

• Engagement, motivation and development of various staff members
