Job Description

Job responsibility: -

1. To provide Training to College Student, Rural and urban unemployed Youth on Microfinance for Campus and selection process for recruitment to Microfinance industry (to MFIs and Banks who are doing microfinance Operation).

2. To impart residential and non-residential training on different Microfinance topics

3. To plan and design and preparation of Training Schedule for the above stated Training program.

The candidate have to travel extensively all over the West Bengal for training purposes.

Age Limit - Above 30 Years

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification - Minimum Graduation.

Experience - Minimum 3 years experience in Microfinance Companies, Institutions or Microfinance industry. Preference will be given to Microfinance Trainer.
