Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Facilitator will be responsible for formulating and implementing a program with alumna of the Umang Programme.

The objective is to provide adolescents of government schools with agency to form their own decisions and help them realise their potential through a structured intervention.

Key Responsibilities

1.Formulate and implement plans for providing agency.

2.Visit the community for better knowledge of their surroundings.

3. Build capacity of the girls and the community.

4.To document and report the observations, practices and case studies.

5.To maintain close contact with the community and understand their challenges and its impact on adolescents.

Gross Salary- 15-17k

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed young person willing to work at the grassroots and ready to solve complex developmental problems.

Following skills and traits are expected from the personnel -

i. Educational Qualification: Bachelors in Social Sciences or any other equivalent field

ii. Strong interpersonal and communication skills having ability to build relationships based on integrity, mutual respect and trust

iii. Ability to respect the cultural values of the communities

iv. Agility and Flexibility to adapt to different work conditions

v. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

vi. Willingness to explore and travel to the rural areas and places outside Sawai

Madhopur, as and when required

vii. Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and Social Media Platforms

viii. Fluency in English and Hindi languages
