Job Description

 Prepare periodical business plans & reports based on priority  Ability to conduct cost / benefit analysis  Manage business requirements’ communication effectively  Minutes of the meetings  Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels of stakeholders including internal and external contacts on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities  Liaise with Senior Level Officers of other departments, affiliate organizations, government offices and external agencies  Arrange special events in conjunction with other departments  Maintain Diary, Scheduling meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements of Sr. management  Maintain files of office of the Senior Management on an ongoing basis, modifying when necessary & decide on files’ retention and disposition

Eligibility Criteria

He should be a Graduate in Arts & Science / Commerce Male candidates and should not be more than 35 years of age,and minimum of 6 Years & maximum of 8 years of experience out of which at least 2 years handling President / Director’s Office in a dynamic environment.
