Prepare periodical business plans & reports based on priority Ability to conduct cost / benefit analysis Manage business requirements’ communication effectively Minutes of the meetings Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels of stakeholders including internal and external contacts on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities Liaise with Senior Level Officers of other departments, affiliate organizations, government offices and external agencies Arrange special events in conjunction with other departments Maintain Diary, Scheduling meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements of Sr. management Maintain files of office of the Senior Management on an ongoing basis, modifying when necessary & decide on files’ retention and disposition
He should be a Graduate in Arts & Science / Commerce Male candidates and should not be more than 35 years of age,and minimum of 6 Years & maximum of 8 years of experience out of which at least 2 years handling President / Director’s Office in a dynamic environment.
