Job Description :
• Lead social media strategy and content – develop strategy to build handle following, identify relevant themes and topical days, develop social media campaigns, create compelling content that builds engagement
• Drive content strategy and content to build footfall, and keeping the social media and other content
• Support and create compelling content independently for media articles and other communication collaterals (video scripts, digital brochures, leaflets, annual reports)
• Build and maintain rapport with program team leads to identify communications opportunities and convert these into specific assets
• Develop a networking skills with different stakeholder to support the ongoing projects and support in upcoming projects through CSRs, individuals
• Create and support in donor communication
• Any other work related to content and communications for the projects and Trust
Responsibility:
• Work independently and develop high-quality English/Telugu content with minimal instruction
• Manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Support and manage project team in developing and executing communication plans
• Research/Report relevant information for content development
• Support and manage the community programs in need
• Interact with program teams to get a clear understanding about the requirement
• Stay abreast of latest communication trends & practices; and incorporate these into your work

Qualifications/Experience
• BA/ MA in Mass Communication / Journalism / English or any other relevant degree
• Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in non-profits
• Professional fluency in English (written &spoken)
• Working knowledge of Telugu & Hindi
• Working knowledge in creating PowerPoint presentations, use of Excel and Word
Additional Skills

• Collaborative workstyle and Teamplayer
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, brand identity, advertisements, and multimedia design
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues in a matrix organisation
