Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the programme and ensure to meet the programme goals and the quality of the implementation

• Mentor and support team in effective design and implementation of the programme as well as learning development of team members

• Plan, strategize and review to meet the programme objective qualitatively on time

• Build partnerships to strengthen the school system for learning improvement and quality of education delivery

• Ensure systematic processes in programme design and delivery

• Design and facilitate workshops, events, and consultations at the district and state level

• Build relationships and organise meetings with district level Govt. officials, institutions and other stakeholders

• Ensure quality teaching-learning process and IEC materials and appropriate contents and their delivery

• Ensure timely monitoring and evaluation of the programme

• Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects

• Ensure programme visibility, process documentation and reporting in time as per Patang standard

• Prepare, utilise and maintain expenses budget as per financial policy

• Explore and manage partnerships and develop long-term strategy plans

• Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities

Pay Range: Rs.40000 to Rs.45000/- (Tax will be deducted as per the law)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• Post Graduate in any discipline, however, preference would be given to the discipline of Education and allied areas

• Prior work experience of 6-7 years in the field of education especially Multilingual Education

• Ready to invest in own learning/openness to learn.

• Experience in Managing a team of 15-20 people with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities and ready to work in an informal work environment.

• Must be ready to travel using local transport and stay in the village/field area as and when required

• Experience in conducting/facilitating learning activities with children, youth and facilitators

• Experience in Handling partnerships of funders and other organizations/agencies including government

• Adequate knowledge of using technology/computers like MS Office, Online tools for communication, reporting and documentation
