Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handling Incoming calls and other communication
  • Managing filing system
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
  • Coordinating events as necessary.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Organize and assist directors in ways that optimize procedures
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Resolve office-related issues and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with other departments as per the need
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, scanning documents


Eligibility Criteria


Skills Required:


  • Graduate in any stream
  • Previous working experience as an office assistant will be preferred
  • Fluent in English, Hindi (speech & script)
  • Proven experience in relevant administrative role
  • Working knowledge of MS OFFICE
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
