Job Description

• Ability to anchor research/studies, data collection and data analytics in the area of health and disease control including prevention, care and support and treatment is necessary.

• Proficient in developing and finalizing research tools, sampling criteria and planning and supervising the study from training the team, supporting them in data collection, entry and processing of data till finalization of the report

• Proficiency and experience in data triangulation and use of analytical tools such as SPSS, Stata, and or advanced excel to cite a few is a must for the position.

• Undertake literature review and analysis of secondary data

• Develop an MIS to help record and analyses data to generate outcome documents and briefs necessary to track and present results against the performance indicators and milestones.

• Produce data-based reports for donors, government and development partners at State and National level

• Create data dashboards and visualisation of findings

• Train project and field team in data collection methodology

 Preference : Demonstrates sensitivity towards gender equity and rights based approaches towards diverse communities

Candidate who has relevant work experience and who is computer friendly and knows formatting, power point etc.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: : Graduate/Post Graduate in Statics/Mathematics/Data Analysist

7.2 Required Skill/s :

• Proficiency and experience in data triangulation and use of analytical tools such as SPSS, Stata, and or advanced excel to cite a few is a must for the position.

• Ability to anchor research/studies, data collection and data analytics in the area of health and disease control including prevention, care and support and treatment

• Good in English & Hindi languages (writing/reading), communication, MIS, excel etc.

7.3 Required Experience : 5 to 10 years of working as M&E, MIS and Data analysis
