Job Description

The program lead will have responsibility for the complete performance and execution of the project. Tasks of the Program Lead includes liaising with the state governments and other organizations, conducting teacher training and meetings, collecting and making data-based decisions, working with Rocket functional teams (content, media, tech, etc), conducting research, etc. You will get -

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills and team management skills
• Ability to work with and coordinate between government officials
• Experience of working in education or other areas of social impact
• Ability to interpret data and conduct basic data analysis in excel
• Comfort with technology
