Job Description

Shantidoot is a non-profit organization registered as under Society Registration Act 1860 at Patna (Bihar) working in Bihar & Jharkhand. The organization is working since 1995 on the issues of education, health, and skill development with support from Govt. of India and state ministries and departments. The organization requires one Program Manager level person with good supervisory and documentation experience.

Estimated Salary:- Between 20,000/- to 25,000/- (negotiable, based on work experience & expertise). Regular payment, TA/DA with optional PF/ESIC and performance-based annual increment, as per organization policy is applicable.

? Applicants from Bihar would be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification Required:-

1. MBA, Post-graduation/Graduation with good command over English and Hindi, both vocal and written.

2. Minimum six-seven years’ NGO sector experience of guiding, supervising and documentation.

3. Good command of over computer applications (MS Office, online data entry & other works).

Desirable:-

1. Hindi Typing and;

2. Holding two-wheeler driving license.
