Job Description

SKHM is running a project name Udaan which is integrated with its Dignity program with the support from AWO International. The main focus of the project is to empower women and men from Bowbazar Red Light Area through collectivization and building scope for alternative livelihood to live a better and dignified life in future.


Under this project Udaan, SKHM seeks a consultant who will train the selected personnel of SKHM on Adult Functional Literacy so that the women and men of the community can learn the basic and needful education at their adult age as well within a short period of time.


The consultant should have good knowledge and experience in adult functional literacy and should have experience in providing training and developing module as per the need of the organization. This will be short term assignment where the consultant is expected to do a needs assessment and accordingly will develop a module on adult functional literacy. The consultant will also train the personnel on the developed module so that the personnel/trainers of SKHM can implement the module with the women and men of the community.


The applicant is expected to submit his/her CV along with expected remuneration for this work. The remuneration will be fixed as per the experience and efficiency of the applicant.
