Job Description

* Should have the prior work experience in fund raising

* Project Report, Project Proposal & Annual Report Writing skill in English

* PR Experience 

* CSR Experience

* Must be knowledge about Teamwork and collaboration

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills

* Strong written and verbal communication skills Bengali, Hindi & English

* Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives

* Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

Eligibility Criteria

* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly strong MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point & Mail Conversation

* Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

* Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination

* Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - MSW

Qualification: 

Graduate/Post Graduate (BSW/MSW)

Experience:

* 1-3 years experience in NGO/Social Sector Organizations.

Salary: 

 * 1,80,000-3,60,000 PA
