Job Description

ROLE:

This position will head the rural community enterprise vertical of the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO/CFO, the incumbent would be responsible for managing the existing enterprise rural business and initiating/setting up the same for new portfolios.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Build community enterprises capable of sustainable income generation.
  2. Develop Strategic objectives and direction of the enterprise
  3. Product development - Identify/ build the products capable of processing in rural environments and marketable across India.
  4. Establish Supply/Credit/Market chain
  5. Build production capabilities
  6. Work with the CEO and the board for the implementation of the strategy
  7. Creating business strategy and GoTo Market plan
  8. Creation, Implementation and execution of marketing plan
  9. Strategic partnerships - tie-ups and collaborations to increase the reach of products
  10. Build a team to manage the end-to-end operations of each enterprise.
  11. Managing the Capex and Opex of the enterprise as per the assigned budget
  12. Defining and ensuring compliance to the Standard Operating Procedures, guidelines, policies and statutory compliances.
  13. Complete P&L responsibility
  14. Will be responsible for delivering strategy and top & bottom line growth for each rural community enterprise P&L
  15. Devise strategies for executing control and effective utilization of physical and financial resources of the Rural Enterprise
  16. Assuring practical orientation and training for the community through internal teams.



Eligibility Criteria


  1. 12-18 years of experience (FMCG/food processing industry)
  2. Required Qualifications - any Graduate with full-time PGDM / MBA
  3. Prior experience in developing strategies and executing partnerships, sales and business development., stakeholder management
  4. Proven track record of managing P&L independently, not less than 70-80Cr
  5. IT capability: good knowledge of Excel and office tools
  6. Required Languages - English and local language (Marathi and Hindi)
