Job Description

Deccan Development Society is looking to hire a enthusiastic professional to coordinate market activities of Sangham Organics, a community led enterprise of 3000+ women farmers, who cultivate millets, pulses, oilseeds, and make them accessible in its healthiest form.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the development, execution and evaluation of marketing strategy to strengthen market base in Hyderabad, primarily among urban health conscious consumers

- Ideate and conceptualize campaigns to raise brand awareness of Sangham Organics products and reach new consumers.

- Provide insights to increase product sales by monitoring and analyzing weekly and monthly sales data.

- Ensure healthy communication with existing customers to and increase consumer trust and loyalty.

- Scout for collaborative ventures and oversee the networking with various market partners.
