Job Description

The Accountant Cum M&E is responsible for the following functions:


• Processing and accounting for all payments including vendor invoices, staff claims and salaries in a timely manner following organization policies and procedures.

• Ensuring deposition of all donor grants and other receipts in Pardarshita bank accounts and issue timely receipts/certificates for the same.

• Responsible for maintaining up-to-date books and accounting records in ERP package as well as other software packages and on Excel files.

• Communicating with banks, vendors, partners and third parties in connection with normal business transactions.

• Monitoring and Quality Assurance

• Entering outreach, clinical and project level data into the computer daily.

• Analyzing the data continuously and presenting the report of the analysis in the weekly and monthly meetings.

• Each HRG for the services of the project. tracking of Identify potential bottlenecks based on the given data so that the quality of the data can be improved.

Reporting

• Reporting to the Project Manager.

• Monthly progress report of the program through SIMS/CMIS. or timely submission of other forms.

• SOE Prepare and present

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• B. Com and PGDCA/DCA with tally

Experience:

• 1-2 Year in Health Sector

Salary:

• 12000 per Month
