Job Description

Reporting to District Coordinator, The Union the Assistant- Drug Vending machine (ADVM) would provide support to TB patients at the 5 sites where the drug vending machine (DVM) for implementation of the MuHiM project, according to the project plan and in coordination with the NTEP.


Terms of Reference:

• The ADVM will support patients during working hours for counselling and delivering of drugs through the machines

• The assistants of the drug vending machines would be trained on the machine operation along with the hospital staff (medical officer, pharmacy officer, etc.) and they in turn would sensitize the patients about the ease of usage of the drug vending machines during working hours

• The assistant will play the role of treatment supporter to ensure adherence of treatment and completing data in Nikshay.

• Maintain all Recording and Reporting formats as per program requirement

• Coordination with NTEP staff for operationalization and monitoring

Compensation offered:

Maximum remuneration (inclusive of all taxes) for the position is INR 3,00,000 per annum (non-negotiable). Offer shall be commensurate with the Qualification and experience of the selected candidate.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications:

• Graduate in related field

• At least 2-5 Years of relevant and professional experience

• Experience of working with State government in public health programs, TB is preferable.


Skills:

• Must be a self-driven individual with a strong sense of initiative

• Work effectively within a team environment throughout the development life cycle

• Basic English & Hindi speaking skills

• Basic knowledge of computers
