Job Description

Job Description/Responsibilities:


The incumbent is expected to perform the following tasks.


• Recruitment & Separation

o preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding & off boarding

• Timesheet, leave and payroll administration

o Administer leaves, attendance, and time sheet of all employees

o Administer payroll including computation, coordination, and maintain payroll database

• Database management

o Maintain complete record of employee life cycle in hard and soft copies

o Manager HR software

o Administer and maintain attendance record

• Compliances and audits

o Manage HR compliances – ESIC, PF, Gratuity, leave encashment and Delhi & Haryana LWF

o Submission of all annual returns (Payment of Wages, Minimum Wages, Maternity, POSH etc.)

o Coordination with insurance broking firm and employees for settlement of claims

o Manage statutory, internal and donor audits at the end of year

• Performance management

o Track and administer yearly renewals and increments of the staff

Remuneration:

• As per qualification and experience comparable to the industry.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification and skills required:


• PG or MBA in HR along with 2-3 year work experience (preferable with in NGO or development sector)

• Punctuality & orientation to details and accuracy

• Ability of maintain confidentiality

• Good written or oral communication skills in English

• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office

• Ability of work in the multi-cultural environment
