- Create business opportunities and strategic partnerships by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; preparing appropriate pitch decks, researching new business and partnership options.
-Pitch and sell CDF sessions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Assist founding team in finding and executing events and collaborations, costing them, and managing communications.
-Maintain relationships with various stakeholders by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending solutions.
-Develop and manage partnerships and alliances with international and domestic brands, good-tech solution providers, mid and micro influencers, NGOs, etc that support and accelerate CDF objectives.
-Identify product improvements or new products by staying up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
-Coordinate with Content team, aid them to optimise market insights to improve CDF’s strategy, services, and delivery.
-Create, maintain and review weekly and monthly sales sheets, and analyse reports to understand the market.
-Contribute to organisational goals by accomplishing related results as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile
Post Graduation - MBA/PGDM
We are looking for a self-motivated person with good communication and convincing skills and an adequate understanding of technology to work with corporates, schools, colleges, and other NGOs to promote the sessions and courses offered by CDF and also to develop key partnerships and alliances that support the strategies that accelerate CDF’s objectives.
The Manager/Senior Associate- Partnerships will utilise their skills to generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships with customers or partners, and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly.
