•Regional Coordinator will provide assistance to project in achieving and implementing the project activities as per the work plan.
• Make family visit / invite children to the office weekly two days to meet children and give counselling and collect basic details about the children.
• Make field visit weekly to two days to identify and assess the children of crime victims on their needs of care and support in their respective region.
•Assess the educational requirement and psycho-social needs for the deserving children.
•Assist the crime victims/the eligible children to apply and avail victims compensation funds.
•Attend meetings/conferences at village/ district/state/national level.
•Follow up regularly with probation wings of prison department, education department, social defense department such as CWC and DCPO.
•Meet regularly with district level authorities and Education officials for smooth functioning of the project.
•Liaison between the Police and Prison Department and other relevant departments to safeguard the children and their rights.
•Help relationship building and liaison with district level officials.
•Provide assistance to the district administration in consultation.
•Support any capacity building activities at staff, district level by Government, observe and monitor training, provide feedback to Project Coordinator through reports.
•Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, monitor project progress toward targets and objectives, and submit to Office.
